That article is biased at best. While I'm sure BNSF isn't as concerned with air quality as they would like everyone to believe, it's also incorrect to say they haven't addressed it at all. After all, not all of the New TES and hybrid switchers are going to Texas. Of course, that doesn't tell a compelling story for an environmental rights group in the City of commerce.
