Received my ACL F-2A #325 in ACL's "black maria" Colours today. If you're an ACL fan post-1957, I can only suggest that you take a good look at them before they're gone. The #325, except for the fans, is an exact match otherwise for photos of #335, the first photo of an modernized F-2A I could lay hands on. On the internet somewhere is a photo of #325 exactly as Athearn has rendered it. This model even has a working back-up light, which is a first for any F unit I'm aware of. So far, it seems to run comfortably with other Athearns, InterMountains, and at least some of the P2K GP-7s. The only two "nits" I have to pick is that the red emergency light is on in the forward position (curable I'm certain if you use DCC, I don't) and Athearn, why didn't you offer an A-A set?
