I finally found a list of what train orders I had extra. It says I have something from:

    Hardin, MO.
    Henrietta, MO.
    Marceline, MO.
    Terminal Yard, St.Joseph, MO. (Clnc)

Dunno if any of these is of value. Probably not on that line. Now, I just need to figure out what box...... Argh.

I am researching and modeling the ATSF St. Joseph Branch. Like you, I'm looking for photos, train orders, operation information, LCIL diagrams for this branch. I am currently working on a 20 X 30 layout of the branch.

Does anyone have any pics of trains operating on this branch line? So far all I have found is the last train in Plattsburg, and a rotary on the line on Sam Bailey's page.

    Still around, MW?

Iron Horses of the Santa Fe Trail has several. Normally passenger service was handled by a doodlebug from the thirties to the mid fifties. But the train tended to run heavy loads during WWII, so the consist was often a light Pacific or an Atlantic with a combine and a coach. That run and the Amarillo-Lubbock local seem to have been the last stand for 4-4-2 Atlantics on the Santa Fe.

Which makes yours an excellent choice of prototype in my book. Enjoy!
