    I was wondering if anyone has any historical info on a conrail B23 it was a 1975. It is currently working in the sugar factory as a progress rail 1975, there are a few pics of it in my railimages.
    Anyway I was just wanting to know more about it.
    I was in it and saw a conrail "proper shutdown" sticker.
    Maybe would anyone know a serial # & frame#

    GE B23-7 It appears that 1975 would have a builder number of 42313.
