    Alan,

    I heard that! ***** Truc Train ******

Just for inspiration, a shot of my PRR M1-a Mountain hauling some Atlas flats with PRR trailers. Close but no cigar!

    Glad you remembered.

Eddie, the more I look into early intermodal, the more interesting it becomes. There were a lot of converted cars to carry trailers, plus the purpose-built stuff. Pioneering days [IMG]

    Russ,
You mean my Pennsy T-1 4-4-4-4? Which John? I believe theirs another "John" in this tread but. I'm not to sure of he has a T-1.... If you mean myself, Yes, I have a Pennsy T-1 in kit form as of yet. A future "rainy day" project when I get around to it. But its not brass, as in brass quallity or anything. Its one of the Bowser kits which has some cast brass parts and a bunch of lost brass wax brass detail parts... :D

Here is a picture of our PRR H6 conversion using a B6 shell and a home made tender and mechanism.

Hello Hans. First, a very warm welcome to Trainboard.

I note that your picture did not load, and checked the url. It appears to be a file path on your computer. Before a photo can show it needes to be uploaded to a website, or image hosting site.

If your Internet Service Provider supplies you with space, you could put the photo there.

Soon trainboard will be hosting pictures, but this feature is not yet ready, so if you email me the photo, I will put it on one of my sites, and add the link to your post, so we can all enjoy it [IMG]

    Russ,
Please beaware NOT to hold your breath on my T-1 at the momet... I got it in a collection I bought a year ago and well, theirs a few loco's that are redy-to-run, and some that were kits that are assembled that needs some TLC and all so their first in line for work and tune ups! :D But as far as the 10 to 15 loco kits that are unassembled, its going to be awhile till I get to them. But when I get into it I'll make a thread on doing so.. and have it accompanied with pictures! :D

I'm indeed the person running N-stars. I do have a site where some information is shown, but I have to warn you that maintaining the site takes unfortunately (too much) time, so it isn't realy extensive nor up to date [IMG]
