Anyone have any insight into the progress on the BAR transaction/Bankruptcy? Is Burkhardt progressing? Any other possible outcomes? Genesee & Wyoming? Rail America? Rick
Thanks for the reply. Right. Railworld is Ed Burkhardt's group together with W&LE and others. Recently, however there have been questions about whether he will follow through and close the purchase. last I heard was he was looking to close by late summer...bit even that is uncertain... Just wonering if there was anything newer out there. Rick
