Since Mike Phillips has problems getting on to Trainboard I am going to post the announcement for the upcoming Bedford N Scale Weekend. Formerly held at the Pro Care Sports complex in Bedford the event will now be at the Jaffa Shrine Center in Altoona, PA. The new venue is not only larger with more parking (paved lot) and closer to all the railroad activities in Altoona but it also has reliable air conditioning. The event proved to be quite popular and out grew the Bedford, PA facilities. More floor space means bigger/more layouts. These events have always proved to be a great fun time for us. The event will be starting with setup on Friday Aug 19th with the show open to the public on Saturday and Sunday the 20th and 21st.
