Newly acquired SD26 has now been patched for CRRC. Seen here switching the grain elevator.

 

Nice Job on the weathering and everything Allan. Those things were sure busy on the roof huh? There is a lot going on up there. The SD7 was the platform for a lot of locomotives weren't they.

Added an extension to the road side of Quintis Metals to give more space and better loading for trucks. Also fitted a new sliding door for forklift access.

Also working my way around the layout adding figures and other details. More pics soon.

Wow. Hand built trusses. Would not like to be that fellow holding up the stack of trusses, if it started tipping his way.

 

I think he has them at the right angle Ken! He is just adding one to the stack. (In any case they are super-glued together)

 

Very good looking action scenes. This inspires me to add a scene or two to my layout.

 

the details look great you must be running out of room for more? Maybe time to expand??

 

Plenty to do yet Paul, but a further scenic extension has been suggested!

Wow, a drone view. I agree that the lighting makes it even nicer.

 

Thanks guys. I opened the garage door to let our grandson's buggy out and realised the layout looked good in the low sunlight.
