Just ran across it myself a few days ago. I had breakfast this morning with a member of COHS that is a contributor of info for the Chicago division of the C&O of Indiana. There will be an extensive article about Chicago division in the COHS magazine this spring. Also suggested there be a blog and specific section at COHS.org for specific divisions including Chicago division. Fingers crossed.
