At the south end of Macon is a mill that produces corrugated cardboard- it recieves inbound shipments of kaolin, etc. by rail (and logs by truck) and shps outbound cardboard. This is the plant switcher: GP10 8302 (ex-ICG Paducah rebuild) shoves a cut of cars into the mill. "CANAC" must be a leasing company. Those who dislike chopnose Geeps (esp. Paducah Geeps) should turn away now..... To be honest, it's good to hear a 567 prime mover rev up now & then.....a break from the 645s, 710s, and FDL16s of NS and GC. BTW- the mill is at the south end of Brosnan Yard, and gets cars from NS, who makes the interchange while the plant switcher crews perform the in-plant switching duties.
