Bradleys and other light armored fighting vehicles would not normally be carried on DODX 40000 series flats. These cars were heavy duty and designed to carry the M1A1/2 MBT and the M88 TR vehicles which weigh in at around 65-70 tons . The Bradleys and other light armored fighting vehicles are much lighter and could be shipped on a 60 foot TTX flat. Nice models though.
Inkaneer - I totally agree with you - until just recently - I saw a train of DODX flats including the 40000 series 6 axle cars - they were carrying those huge rough terrain container unloaders - about 6 of them, one per car. The rest of the train was more typical 89' flats. Perhaps they are using whatever is available these days?
