Went there on Sunday Feb 22, 2009 and got some nice pics. It is located inside the old Cincinnati Union Terminal , which is now a museum. It was free to visit the old interlocking tower, but it costs five dollars to park at the museum center. I think it is open Thurs, Sat, and Sun from noon to four. You have the one of the best views of the ex Southern Gest Street Yard and can see the ex Southern bridge over the Ohio River. You can also view the south end of CSX's Queensgate Yard. An ex Conrail SD-38-2 in the NS Gest Street Yard. And a look north towards where CSX's Hump Yard is at. The classification yard is just north of that big road bridge , that is also the location of the locomotive facility.
