I am building a 2'x4 1/2' coffee table layout. I have been looking for sample photos, and some good track plans. I have checked Mike's small track plans, and googled for layouts - does anyone else have a good source of small track plans, or sample photos of coffee table layouts? I would like to fit a figure 8 inside an oval, so I could run 2 trains at once. Thanks!
Here is a picture of a layout INSIDE a coffee table. Table had a removable glass top, guy just built a floor about four or five inches down, built a figure 8 inside. Do something similar, it will be a great conversation piece when you have friends over and little prying hands of toddlers cant get to it. ILl try to get a picture uploaded of it tommorrow. You know, I think it was somewhere on railimages....now when they come back up you just gotta sort thru the 25000 plus photos...
