Alright, all you guys that model Conrail in N-Scale, have any of you gotten these Atlas widecabs yet? What do you think about the painting and lettering? The right shade of Conrail blue for the latter period? The lettering placed right where it should be? I have a couple of the original release of the Conrail wide cabs in N-Scale from Bachmann Spectrum. Of course i was disappointed in their painting and lettering, don't even get me thinking about the perfomance end of it! Actually they didn't run THAT bad but they sure weren't an Atlas or Kato! Just tell me what you think of them. I'm umemployed, so i can't afford any right now, but since some of us Conrail N-Scalers been looking forward to these, i'm curious if Atlas gets a "well done" or not on 'em Thanks, Berkmeister.

Can't say much for the Conrail 8-40CW's but I have two in the CSX paint scheme and I have to say that the only thing that bothered me was the gap between the tank and the shell but I fixed it. As the detail quality and performance is right on just what you'd expect from Atlas. I'm also waiting for the new CSX YN3 8-40CW locos to be released. And the funny thing I'm also unemployed the other funny thing I just finished college and as soon as I did my company went bankrupt that was a year ago and I still can't find a decent paying job. Don't get me wrong I'll take any job cause I have to pay the bills but its just so damn hard to find one right now in this lousy economy especially in my area which is Cleveland, Ohio.
