The following is what I've researched of Conrail's disposal to its Shared Asset Operation, shared by CSX and Norfolk Southern, on or about 1999 and wish to verify it for accuracy: Central RR Co. of New Jersey: East Ferry St. (Newark)-Elizabethport-Perth Amboy NJ; Red Bank-Tom’s River NJ Delaware, Lackawanna & Western: Lancaster-East Buffalo NY Lehigh Valley: South Plainfield-Perth Amboy NJ; Cayuga-Geneva NY New York Central at Detroit: Detroit north thru Forest Lawn Jct. to Dodge City/Center Line, Huber Yard, and Detroit Jefferson; P Co. Jct. thru Fullerton; Detroit thru West Detroit to Dearborn, and thru Delray to Gibraltar, and to Carleton. Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines: Camden-Winslow Jct-Tuckahoe NJ; Camden-Millville NJ; Woodsbury-West Swedesboro (Swedesboro) NJ. [The Official Railway Guide, 2004, specifies differently on stations of the Woodbury (CSX and NS)-Deepwater (neither CSX or NS) NJ route.] Reading: Philadelphia-Bound Brook-Port Reading NJ; Lancaster Jct-Lancaster PA (?)
