I went to a local club that has a JMRI Speed Step adjustment table. I used this setup, without the assistance of the Clubs' JMRI guru. they have a step by step manual which I followed, But at the time I did not realise that I should have the power turned up while allowing the automatic adjustment of my decoder's speed Step. Therefore, my decoder's speed step is messed up.

I don't have access to this Club's facility because I'm not a member.

If I reset the decoder will that also reset the speed step input by JMRI to the Digitrax factory settings? thank you

Yes, if you reset the decoder it will go back to the Digitrax factory settings, so your speed step table will be lost, which sounds like a good thing if I am reading your post correctly.

Most Digitrax decoders reset if you set CV8 to 8. Good luck!
