HUNTINGTON,WV (AP)---The former chief Financial officer of CSX Corp. has been named the head of the subsidiarythat operates CSX Railroad company-based out of Richmond Virginia. Michael J Ward,50, was appointed President ofCSX transportation Inc. by John W Snow, chairman and CEO of the railroad announced wednesday. Ward has worked for CSX for 23 years, most recently as executive vice president for operations.
