A more accurate description of this train would be the Govenor's Derby Train. This train is charted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky for business promotion. The riders are often invited from other state and countries to ride from Frankfort to Louisville to see the Derby. This train is all about attracting business to Kentucky. Saw it Saturday morning going through Anchorage, KY.
