    I have a kit for a shovel-nosed Burlington Pioneer Zephyr that intimidates. Would like to find someone who could assemble and paint. Don't want amteur job, but it won't go into a museum. Need recommendations --prefer local if possible (Houston Tx)

    Welcome to Trainboard. Have you asked around at the local hobby shops? That's where I would start. Maybe you could try talking to Russell Straw (r_i_straw@juno.com). He's somewhat of an expert on passenger train modeling in N scale. I don't know if he would be willing to build your kit for you, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
