Sergeant (1970) I never got to know JT like you and Peirce did; but, in that short time I knew that this subject matter was something important to him. I started building the page on the D&H Police on February 29, 2004 based on the conversations he and I had and this was the only thing I could think of to honor something he directly help bring to pass on my website. I'm honored to be part of his work too.
