Anyone familiar with diagnosing the 73199 or similar? I went to add a rear LED and resolder some high points to bring the shell down for my cotton belt gp40-2 and I think I might have fried the board. The front light (LED AUX 2) keeps flickering and I'm not able to get any response while performing the test cab on the lokprogrammer. I fear the worst and may have to bury it in decoder graveyard. I tried checking all my connections, speaker, motor, etc... for any shorts.
