I was running the foundation for a Diesel House project. Ran into some sticky issues. Upper left corner started to curl. I noticed it at the 30% mark. I tried a redo with a bit of hairspray (I have never had luck with hairspray), of course it didn't work. I lowered my temps and adjusted my Z just slightly and I am giving it another go as I type this. i will edit this post with further results.

OK, so it just wasn't my night. I solved my initial problem, and everything was running great until my PLA sensor decided to misfire and through an alarm to my printer. I messed with the sensor for a minute or two made sure it was tight and inline, but by this point the print had stopped so I had to restart using the resume function. Well, that didn't go as planned. Luckily, I was sitting right Infront of the printer and was able to shut it down before some serious damage occurred, Needless to say my print is garbage so I will have to start over tomorrow. This is quite a long print, over 6 hours, so I am done with this project for the night.

It looks like I will be buying a new sensor.

Did the re-print go through this time? Those filament sensors are super basic so you could probably just hot-wire it so the printer thinks there's always filament there. Defeats the purpose of the device but unless you're running a print farm most the time you don't need.

I went into Prusa and totally moded my file. I printed the entire shell of the diesel house. I made a few mistakes in my mod such as forgetting some support where it was needed. I also misjudged my interior girders. I actually removed some girders I should have kept while keeping a gantry system in place which hangs in mid air since I had removed the supports. Pictures coming when I return from work.

I was able to save the shell for the most part, but I will be giving it a reprint starting Friday night. The entire print is 26 hours.

Right now it 7.5 deep 5.5 wide and 4.125 tall. Final print will be 8" deep x 6" wide and will remain 4.125 tall. I am hoping to get a final this Friday.
