Does any know if a Digitrax DZ123 decoder retains the momentum operation in DC analog mode if CV03 and CV04 (acceleration, deceleration) have been previously set for momentum?
No. The processor can't even run until it gets six volts. When it gets six volts it knows its in DC mode and then can run the motor in the upper half range of your throttle simulating analog control.
