Does CSX use coalporters for hauling coal?

Just wondering. Where I live, the only CSX coalporters that go by are being used to haul scrap. So this leads me to ask if they actually still use these to haul coal anymore. Reason I ask is because I want a unit coal train for my layout. Can I use coalporters or should I buy the 3 bay hoppers I see run by me in my area all the time?
