    The common thread? Most were caught at Rocky Mount, which is the closest CSX yard to me that is on the "A" line...

    I haven't been luck enough to catch one of these yet so I'm really enjoying this thread Harold. Wish I had more free time to get out trackside these days.

    I am glad you enjoyed the photos! I just thought since I had amassed a few that I would share them.
    Usually, if I get out early before heading to work, I can catch some good power running up and down the A line.

    Those GEVO's are pretty massive units... I like the C60AC's even better. :D

    I was at a local state park with the girlfriend enjoying the nice weather. CSX line rolls right through the middle of the park. I heardv a short toot in the distance, it cought me by surprise. Around the bend came GEVO 5233 and a standard AC 475 with what seemed like a very short loaded coal train. My first GEVO!
