I am looking for some etched-metal or wire handrails for my Walthers Mi-Jack crane. The kit has thick plastic ones for the upper catwalk, but I though getting some thinner etched or wire ones would look good. I thought about locomotive stanchions, but I need one with double horizontal bars, like an industrial style. Does anybody make something like this, or would I have to solder them myself? This is what I was going for:
Perhaps you could get creative with some Gold Medal Models products. N scales industrial railings or loco railings? One soldered above the other? Just a thought.
I recently picked up some N scale 3 rail fence made by The N Scale Architect. It might work well for that application in HO scale. I don't remember if they had a two rail version or not. I would also think one of the fine etailer advertisers here on TrainBoard could get this for you. Good luck sir.
Mike Rose has exactly what you are looking for. Here is a link https://www.mrhobby.com/store.php/MikeRoseHobbies/pg6896/etched_brass_ cheers Dave
