This is a "Rollende Landstrasse" or Rolling Road train passing through Innsbruck, Austria. The complete truck is loaded onto low-slung flatcars, and the drivers travel in the passenger coach next to the locomotive. The trains travel between Germany to Italy (not sure of the loading/offloading points, maybe someone will have the info.). The locomotive is German. The pictures were taken by my friend John Darlow.
