GMM bridges? What are they made of? If metal, are you worried about corrosion issues?

    Direct from the GMM website:

    Specifications:

Made of heavy gage steel weighing a whopping 4 pounds and is coated with a realistic looking durable flat black powder coating to prevent corrosion. It is highly detailed with simulated rivets and pedestal shoes. The Girder Bridge comes in an attractive gift box and is FULLY ASSEMBLED. All 4 lengths have the same height and width dimensions.

I've seen them in Denver. Very nice looking bridges!
Had even thought about maybe adding a 35" long bridge at one time.
But, things would have been MUCH different than what I have now!
I'd add a link, but not sure if I can.
Might have to take and post a few photos of my bridges when they arrive.
    For anyone interested anyway.

A 4 pack of bridges arrived today! About 15 pounds worth!!
Very nice bridges. Gotta see if I can get some photos, before installation and post.
And of course, photos after installation! Gotta check prices on the bridge ties, catwalks and handrails now. At least now, I can space, level and install cinder block abutments for the bridges and finish doing track work along that section of track.
Fall cleaning inside the last couple of days, so nothing done outside. Not quite sure when I'll get back to doing more outside! Want to get bridges done and in before winter though, IF I can! Then maybe, I can start doing something about the curved trestle I still need out front!

Too many projects, not enough time, or money!

Haven't had time to work outside.
Any more, it's too dark, and too cold to work when I get home from work.
As of right now, it's a whopping 36* outside!
Had to wait for bridges to arrive anyway. Might try to sneak in some work this weekend.
Also in progress of doing a major cleaning of my place, for next week.
Having friends up on the 17th for a B-Day gathering. So........Anything goes right now!
But photos will be updated, when I get the chance!

It's certainly close to indoors modeling season here, and I'm sure your good days are running short... Frosty mornings...

It's definitely getting colder around here.
Mid 30's at 7AM, when I get home from work.
This weekend not the greatest either. Sunday
may be best chance to work. But, I've got other
plans for the day. Friends coming up in the afternoon.
Might have something set up and ready to run, but that's about all.

Taking Tuesday night off. And it's supposed to be in the 50's and rain. I think.
So, I really don't have any real chance this weekend. Next time I'll have time
free, is Nov 5/6/7, but I'm in Denver that weekend, for the Great Train Expo.

Looking as if I might not get much of a chance to work outside till next spring.
May get some winter running in though. Maybe some snow plow action as well!
IF there's enough snow around to make it worth the while!

Update posted, IF I get even a brief chance to do something.
