Hello again from the newest kid on the block; thanks again for making me feel welcome. For those who are interested, I'd like to share some video that I shot a couple of weeks ago. I'f you'd like to watch an 8,000 ft. intermodal/tofc train pulled by a triple header of ex-UP SD40-2 power, then this is right up your alley. http://tinyurl.com/2heyxv Enjoy, Ted Marshall
Excellent! Anytime I get to hear some good old 'Deuces wound tight doing track speed is a good time. They sounded great! What was your video equipment? I liked the sound quality.
Ted, where in Hollywood. I dont regconise the area, but I haven't been in Hollywood for a while. The video is excellent. The video qualilty is better then Utube.
That is what FEC is all about, long intermodel trains and long gravel trains! What was the load in those blue well cars? its about 1:30 left of the video.
I shot this as the Harrison Street crossing which is about one block South of Hollywood Boulevard (same as Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines). The highrise bldg. in the background was recently constructed, it sits at the SW corner of Hollywood Blvd. and South Dixie Highway. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone for the nice compliments.
