Still following the tread and appreciating the input. If I do go with MRC, can I use a sprog/JMRI to program decoders?
Yes. My SprogIII with JMRI is awesome for programming and you can even run a layout with it. That was my first DCC system. Used my iPhone as a wireless throttle. But now I use an NCE Power cab because I prefer the throttle controls but will use my Sprog for programming.
