Howdy all, just posted a massive update to my site. New rosters, articles, maps, and tons of photos  [IMG]

Check out my Whats New? page.

One highlight is a pic of Yolo Shortline #132 wearing her new lettering for Sierra Northern and SERA reporting marks taken by me yesterday:

When I first saw your picture open up, the nose chevrons on that Geep reminded me somewhat of the old Butte, Anaconda & Pacific Geep scheme!

    :D

Yup John. I have seen that engine several times. In fact it was bringing the tour train back from its tour yesterday. They sure are fixing up those cars too.

Yeah, I have a pic of the "River Train" loco coming soon as well. For now, here is another highlight of this update. Ex SP bulkhead flat #508093 now used as a bridge near Dutch Flat,CA. I was very surprised when I found this:

The blanked lights on the GP9 are ugly (ex-SP - that explains why it had so many before) but at least it's still high-nose, the way it should be. :D That paint scheme looks good on the high nose.

Oh Yeah!!! Yolo Shortline has definately been my favorite local shortline, closely followed by California Northern. If ya check out my YSLR roster, you can see a pic of the #131 with the full light packages. My trip on Saturday also included a full tour of YSLR #131, sister to the #132 shown. #131 still has its embossed seats from the SP with the logos still intact!!! Awesome!!! I love them GP9s!!! :D :D

Now I just gotta get a roll of film finished off and developed and I'll show ya #133. Neat new scheme on her as well.

Anyhow, enjoy all the latest additions!! :D

Oh and speaking of California Northern, heres my and theirs latest addition, ex TPW #2019, nee ATSF #3063:
