Anyone know anything about this series of cars? Saw them south of pismo beach on the coast line. A up ballast train was in the yard with them, but they weren't part of it. Maybe 5 cars in the little yard looked new. Then another cut of 15 or so in the next siding that looked older. A bunch of lids for them and a bright yellow substance just outside a refinery that I just passed. these cars carry the yellow stuff? What is it?
