Thanks for all the hints Darren! I think you dropped this down to an intermediate level with all of them. So after about 20 min. of searching I got it.

Ok, where am I... so I guess the town is called Tuzi.

I was going everywhere, and then those 2 black squares to the left of this pic popped out at me.
