Well, in the first picture there's CR engines and some kind of a pool of water.

As far as I can tell, the land is flat.

 

Hmmm, they are blue.

Hmmm, the grid isn't aligned with the compass... Most everything west of the original 13 colonies is???

Think the blue locomotives seen COULD be Oakway Lease units instead of CR.
Surrounding area looks like it matches back east - Pennsylvania etc....nicely.
So, I'm thinking Penn, Ohio, NY area somewhere. For now.
