It is indeed Vancouver, Washington A station stop for the Amtrak Cascades trains, as well as the Coast Starlight and the Portland section of the Empire Builder. BNSF has a yard north of here, and both BNSF and UP freights keep the rails polished. BNSF heasd east of here and follows the Columbia River along the north side. A two-track swing bridge crosses the Columbia between here and Portland. And just northeast of here is Mt. St. Helens, a volcano which is still active today.
