    I went there and to Elitch's a lot as a kid in the 1960s. We lived in Saratoga, WY and Dad would be busy building houses in the Denver area- we'd go there in the summer, and sometimes we'd go to either park. I know Elitch Gardens is gone, but I'm glad to know Lakeside is still around.

    IIRC, it's right next to I-70.
