Found It! Norway. The Scandinavian country no one guessed. 59°44'32.54"N, 10°10'42.34"E Drammen Okay, thanks must go to Scott Stutzman. That's quite a few hours of my life I will never get back. The track / stadium above left first seen looks the most like a Race Track; there's a pair of courts next to it that seem to be soccer? The last photo shows another oval near the right (by the bright blue swimming pool), which is definitely an athletics track. Near that I see tennis courts and what must be a Lawn Bowling Green. :S I think it's time to go find a Beer.
Nice one! I forgot to mention that I skimmed the Norway coast, too, but I didn't follow the fjords very well.
