Just got the August MR, Walthers has announced the Great Northern Empire Builder 10 car consist & ABBA F7's to be released in 2007. The consist includes the Budd Big dome "View" series car, "Ranch" Coffie shop as well as the "Coulee" lounge-observation. The F's will be Proto 2000. Hope this is the start of some name trains. 2slim
Matt, I somewhat agree...... << Just what we need more F's>> I guess we wouldn't expect Wathers to do the EB minus engines, and they certainly wouldn't tap Athearn, Stewart or BLI for motive power. Altho they did do the Athearn Genesis F's with the Super Chief a few years back. They are releasing the cars one by one with the F's showing up at the end, so I guess you're not locked into buying them. If I were buying, I'd pop for the BLI set with DCC and sound, then get the cars. 2slim
