Went to an atiques Mall in Hickory, NC. Each booth was a different consignment vendor. They had one booth that had overpriced still boxed bachman rolling stock. Turned my nose up at the price more than the condition.
Another had reasonably priced HO cars (some of the same that were overpriced in the other booth) but I didn't really want to spend any money today.
Then I found the grab bag. Sandwich bag of minitures where I recognized the HO moped, cars, figures, fence, etc turning it over in my hand. So for 11 bucks I bought the grab bag.
It had 10 people in various level of paint. A figure riding a horse. 3 mopeds. 1 pick-up truck. 8 cheaper Tyco like cars. Pieces of the Tyco moped dealership, 3 cows, a sheep, pig, misc other animals, older tyco campground accessories including fire pit, some assorted this and that fences.
And a train that I can't identify. Might be N scale, but I think it is Micromachine despite the lack of markings (so that has a mystery to be solved).
So I got a grab bag of goodies and a mystery for cheap! Cool.
Grab bags are a fun way to shop![IMG]
