Just as a quick note….The home supply houses have inexpensive cement that has a nozzle type tip and in several different size containers. The beauty of this material is that it is pliable, very strong, and yet it is easily removed.
Hank, The products brand name is “Weldbond”. It is the only “stuff” I can find that will bond foam without eating it up. It will work well to fasten track to rubber or cork as well. I usually buy two 4 oz containers at a time. When I need it I always have a fresh one. One thing I can tell you is to be sure to close the little screw top pour spout when you are finished.
