    They did such a nice job making the exterior look good. Then left the BN number on X-408.

    That explains why I couldn't find much on it. There was also a sign above one of the doors that said "BN". :tb-confused:

    Can you edit the thread header to X408?

    I don't recall the history on this caboose. Whether it's cupola was removed, etc.

    Nice little "bogey"! First thing I noticed was the BN number, too! They used these back on Lines East in transfer service I'm pretty sure.
