This is a #1 scale locomotive I built for a customer. It started life as a kit for a British Rail 0-6-0 diesel, nicknamed "Teddy Bears" by enthusiasts, for some reason. The customer wanted it "Americanised", hence the name change to Grizzly Bear :D

It is radio controlled, with working headlights and ditch lights. Not for the purists, but a bit of fun [IMG]

Alan what a fantastic looking model. Is this the last one scale model you have been working on?

Hey Alan, I love it, I have an old 0-6-0 chassis in H0, might just do that for a bit of fun.

No Paul, this one was completed some time a go, but has not been collected yet. I am still working on my final #1 scale locomotive, a class 66 (one of the Canadian built ones which are the standard locomotive here, now). Same as the Freightliner one in a post by John Whitby in the Europe forum.
