if you look at the dash 9 in the newest modelrr magazine it has orange under the bottom gold stripe on the front of the cab.i can't find any more pics of engines like this one.Is it a special one?Was the orange later painted green?I just cant find any rhyme or reason for this.Any answers might help me not loose my mind. Also keep in mind that the cigar bands have different size lettering. Microscale kept track of orange & green below cigar band and also large & small BNSF. Contact them via email & they may send a list. Their latest BNSF Dash 9 decal set may have info as it comes w/ large BNSF.
