I'm a British ex pat now living in West Africa. Interests are N and N scale US trains. Have limited space so all my layouts are small portable ones. There are no resources for railway modelers here so everything has to come from the UK. Just bought a NCE system so just trying it out and converting my locos. Look forward to contributing to the discussions on here, I'm sure I'll be needing some advice and interacting with all of you.

Hi, welcome to the Train Board. We'll be happy to chat with you, offer you advice, and cheer you on. Though as payment, please post photos of your creations, no matter what degree of completion. We're always interested to see different ideas and learn approaches to layouts and models.

Welcome aboard. You may want to look at TTrak as a way to go forward with layout construction; small, portable modules may be just the trick. Look through our N Scale forum, there's a lot of discussion and ideas!

Welcome aboard, Locoman. I visited Accra once in 1974. Hope it has changed some.

Welcome to TrainBoard! Is there any rail activity for train spotters?
