Fooling around on the internet I stumbed across model RRing. I have alway had a facination with trains, so it immediately grabbed my attention. I very interested in collecting diesel locomotives from some of the short line rr's that were and still are in Kansas. I'm also interested in hearing from my fellow Kansans on their progress...

The original idea for TrainBoard was brewed in Kansas.

Welcome to our humble abode. I can say I've been to Kansas if you're willing to count a short jaunt at Ft Leavenworth (the good side, not that one...) And in a moment of hallucinatory optimism, let me say Go Rams! (Sorry)

Hi, Welcome to the TrainBoard. Glad to have you on board. I also have been to, actually through Kansas four times, all on the RI/SP Golden State Limited between Chicago and Tucson in 1945, '46, and '47. One thing I remember about those trips was going through lots of corn fields, all very flat, so I guess it could have been Kansas.....LOL

Hey guys....N scale looks really cool, small, but detailed...I can see myself spending a TON of money on custom paint...
