    Hello All--

I need some help from you experts. When I run my new K-Line Plymouth switcher over a Lionel "O" 90 degree crossover, it get stuck between the gaps. When I run it faster it runs over the gaps fine, but it bucks and creates a lot of noise. I am sure over time it will get damaged.

Ironically, I tried it on the O-27 90 degree cossover without a problem, whether slowly or fast. While I think using the O-27 may be the solution, it's to short to make a figure eight using the "O" track. I am fiddling around with the "O" version by (a) lowering the middle diamond a bit and (b) filling the end of middle rail, by soldering a solid round brass rod, where a gap exists between the rail itself and the perpendicular "plastic" rail, which the axles roll on.

    I welcome all suggestions.

    Thanks,

    Steve Williams
