I am looking into getting a HO scale setup of the area i live. but i was wondering would i be better off buying a quality train set with all the track and trains, or all indivdually? I want to get the Bachmann EZ track to save time but not sure where to get a quality,realistic ground cover that isnt a mess. And also are the traffic lights in the the Walthers catalog hard to set up? do you need a special power pack? if so what kind? any help would be great!
