Hi guys. A friend emailed me with a photo of what looks like a Lionel post war (WWII) steamer. He says it doesn't run. Do any of you know of a Lionel repair shop in the Western US, preferably Pacific Northwest? I am going to try to pry more info from him and post it here. In the meantime, thanks for any info. :teeth:

    .
Can you post a photo of the locomotive or supply additional information about the type, year it was made, etc. etc. etc.

The more info available, the quicker someone may be able to help.

Suggest a local hobby store. Many local hobby stores I have been around to here are certified by Lionel to repair .

BTW..I would say the wiring is shot, because those old motors run forever. I have a pair of lionel steamers that are a good 50 years old that run like a top. 100% original.
