Bought a Digitrax Zephyr and have two DCC-equipped locos (Atlas GP-38 and Atlas TrainMaster). I have programmed them on my programming track with no problems and have run them very successfully on my test track. Went to run them on my new layout and the display on the Command Station would show a "c" running from L to R and the loco address blinking. Unhooked it and hooked up my old MRC power supply and could not run analog locos either. Do I have a dreaded short in my tracks somewhere? I hate to post and run, but I gotta go babysit my granddaughter so our daughter and son-in-law can have the afternoon off. Will be around for half an hour and then won't be back till this evening. Bama Red: Since you had them running OK om your prog track and test track, they should run on your layout. Unless you have a wiring problem with your layout wiring. Be sure your MRC is complrtly disconnected from the layout. Check and recheck your wiring hookup between the track and rails A & B. Reprogram to a dif CV to see if they run. Good Luck
