This little lady stopped working about a year ago, i think a very small resistor burnt out, and I started doing the repair. I ran new wires inside from engine back to powered tender, but about 6 months ago I severed a nerve in finger and I cant do this anymore. Here are a few pics of her, and if anyone can help, I would gladly send it to you, pay postage both ways, and whatever you want for the repair. When I first got into N scale, my "mentor", the late great Al Bacci, gave me a bunch of track, a powerpak, a few locos and some roadbed to get me started on a layout. I offered to pay him for all that stuff he gave me, but instead, he told me; "If you give up some stuff as you can without expecting any payback, life will pay you back time and time over". I totally did not buy that then. But after a few years, I always had some leftover supplies and trains to encourage interested people to get started in this hobby and scale. Since I started this practice and philosophy, I have been getting paid back in this hobby with lots of unexpected stuff, like trains and scenery and supplies. Geesh, I love this scale.
